My name is Joseph Bohman Jr, a high school student at University High School in Irvine, Southern California. I started noticing how my mom’s gas bill increased significantly since COVID and the Russian invasion of Ukraine. These changes struck me as I filled the gas tank on the way to my soccer games, sparking my curiosity about Energy—where it comes from, where it could come from, and how. This led me to explore both the scientific and policy aspects of Energy, with the goal of understanding how we can transition to cleaner and more sustainable energy resources on Earth. This site documents the journey I began at the end of my freshman year, and I hope to continue until we find real solutions.
